Join us for virtual trainings to learn how people that work in government, politics, and advocacy can leverage Facebook and Instagram to build community online and keep residents informed. This series is geared toward local elected officials, candidates, government agencies, political parties, non-profits, and elections commissioners; but all levels of government are welcome. Tribute

 In 2020, women created twice as many fundraisers on Facebook as men and made twice as many donations, with 64% of total funds raised coming from women. And women have led on growing communities and rallying resources, creating 2.7 times more COVID-19-related groups than men with four times more members.

We're meeting at the southwest corner of Daley Plaza at 10am. Look for signs that say “Splash”. The march commences at 11am.

 

Be sure to bring lots of sunscreen, water, your favorite Pride accoutrements, and your smiling faces!
